Millions of years ago this land sat at the bottom of an ancient sea. Tectonic forces pushed it skyward, and wind and water carved it into something that looks like another planet entirely. Limestone towers, winding rock alleys, shapes that have no business existing and yet here they are.
It is one of Andalusia's most extraordinary natural landscapes and it will stay with you long after you leave.
The Caminito del Rey (literally “The King’s Little Pathway”) is a famous cliff-side walkway in Málaga province, Andalusia.
It runs through the dramatic Desfiladero de los Gaitanes, a gorge carved by the Guadalhorce River.
The spectacular views and high vantage points lend themselves to moments of quiet reflection, gratitude, or mindful silence.
Each day is crafted to move you - physically, mentally, and emotionally. There is structure, but never rigidity. There is space, but never emptiness.

Each day begins with mindful movement as the sun rises over the Andalusian mountains. Yoga, breathwork, and stillness before the day opens fully. This is your time before anyone else claims it.

Two extraordinary hikes through landscapes that have been shaping humans for millions of years. Lucy is a retreat expert, menopause coach, and facilitator who has spent years creating spaces where women feel genuinely safe to slow down, open up, and reconnect with themselves.
Her approach is warm, unhurried, and deeply human - she has a rare gift for holding space without agenda, guiding women through some of life's most significant transitions with both expertise and care.
In her hands, a retreat becomes something more than a break from ordinary life. It becomes a turning point.
Experience

The hikes are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels. We walk at a pace that suits the group — this is not a race and it is not a test. If you can manage a few hours of walking with breaks, you will be absolutely fine. We will always have options for those who want to take it easier.
Not at all. The morning movement sessions are open to complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Lucy creates a space where you work at your own level, without judgement or comparison. All that is required is a willingness to show up.
Room options will be confirmed with full pricing details. Both shared and private room options will be available, with private rooms at a supplement. If you are travelling alone and happy to share, we will match you with a like-minded roommate.
All meals are freshly prepared using local Andalusian ingredients — nourishing, seasonal, and unfussy. We cater for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most common dietary requirements. Please let us know your needs when you book and we will take care of the rest.
Yoga focuses on physical postures and breath control to enhance overall well-being, while meditation is primarily a mental practice that fosters mindfulness, relaxation, and clarity.
A consistent yoga practice improves flexibility, strengthens the body, reduces stress, enhances mental clarity, and promotes overall well-being, both physically and emotionally.
This is an intentionally intimate retreat. We keep numbers small to ensure every woman feels seen, held, and genuinely connected, not lost in a crowd. Exact numbers will be confirmed but expect a close-knit group of like-minded women.
